Move-in and Move-Out cleanings go through a 24-point  checklist ensuring your home or apartment is ready for your next showing, guests, or tenants.

Critical areas like inside the oven and fridge are reset to pristine conditions. Extra attention is put into ensuring the interior cabinets, drawers, and closets are sparkling clean. Kitchens, bathrooms, doors, frames, and more are cleaned and sanitized.

Areas that may have accumulated dust such as baseboards are also cleaned thoroughly and we are happy to coordinate with you on areas of concern to make sure your next guests breathe easy walking into a clean and inviting space.

This is a great service to add to your scheduled General Cleaning service because it allows us to check off another item on your to-do list. Laundry and linen service is a separate package for all other cleaning services. Please ask for details when you call to schedule your cleaning.

Setting up is much more fun than cleaning up. You keep the party going and we’ll tackle the mess.
